Competitors divided into two teams (white and blue). White team is attacking, blue team is defending. The most important in this exercise is the team in the defending phase, which has the task of picking up (taking over the pass) in the center of the pitch and proceeding to a quick attack, which must end with a shot on goal. Players in the middle court zone may not go to other zones unless they have taken over the ball. They are positioned in the zone and move their position relative to the ball (right – left). The players in the defending phase must control distances between them that will prevent a pass between two players. When switching from defending to attacking, the zones disappear and players have any direction to attack the goal (sometimes I define the direction of attacking the goal, which is defended by players who have lost the ball).
